Assistance service
Our workshop, the main part of our Technical Assistance Service, has the means to repair all our clients’ equipment. The workshop takes up almost 1000m2 across 7 workstations, equipped with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic repair equipment, to name a few. They are also fitted with all the auxiliary means to carry out these repairs, such as overhead cranes, work pits, elevators etc. Our team of workers are also equipped with all the means to execute this work in a safe and correct manner.
Our after-sales service includes state-of-the-art mobile workshops at your disposal, equipped with the best technology for repairs in our clients’ own facilities. For our field service, the quality of the repair is of utmost importance, so we aim to have the necessary means to repair your equipment to the same standard that we would in our best workshops. We have 4 vehicles, and our technicians are trained and qualified to use all the equipment available in our mobile workshops.
